It’s almost time to “rink” in a new year at Skate Ranch and Skate-O-Rama! Join us for our annual New Year’s Eve Late Skate party. Our locations in Lufkin and Nacogdoches will open their doors at 7:00pm and won’t close until 1:00am!

What’s in store you ask? Door prizes, balloon drop with prizes (of course!), dash for cash, and much much more! Invite your friends or bring the kids. We offer a safe, family fun environment to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Deep East Texas.

Admission is $12, Rentals are $3. No charge for parents who are coming in as spectators WITH their child. No child under the age of 18 will be allowed to leave the building without an adult before 1:00am. No bags, backpacks, or large purses will be admitted. Lockers available for purchase.

 

Now that Thanksgiving is over we’re heading into the last month of the year! Where did the time go? Skate Ranch and Skate-O-Rama are hosting great events all month long, including our annual Christmas Break Skate & New Year’s Eve parties.

First Friday in December, Skate-O-Rama in Nacogdoches will be open from 4:00 – 6:00pm in addition to our regularly scheduled 7:00 – 10:00pm session.  Skate Ranch in Lufkin will host December’s Home School Skate as well on Friday, December 4^th, 1:00 – 3:00pm. Both locations are open to all families in Angelina and Nacogdoches counties, as well as any further surrounding areas, who home school or stay at home! If you haven’t checked out Angelina County Home Educators, ACHE, or Nacogdoches Area Christian Home Educators Association, NACHEA, you’re missing out! Thanksgiving break is only a few weeks away! Skate Ranch and Skate-O-Rama will be open extra sessions so the kids can stay fit and have fun no matter how much turkey they eat. November 25th the doors open for Skate Your Turkey Off at 12:00 – 3:00pm, and 6:00 – 8:00pm for Family Night.

Both locations will be closed for Thanksgiving Day, November 26th, in order to give our staff time to celebrate the season of thanks with their families.

Friday, November 27th, roller skating starts again in Lufkin and Nacogdoches from 12:00 – 3:00pm. Skate Ranch will be hosting the 2nd annual Quirky Turkey Late Skate from 6:00pm – 12:00am. Skate-O-Rama will be open Friday night 7:00 – 10:00pm.

Looking for fun Halloween ideas? For kids big and small, short and tall, Skate Ranch in Lufkin and Skate-O-Rama in Nacogdoches are offering several SpookTacular events to choose from. Frankenstein’s Birthday Bash at Skate Ranch on October 30th. Join Skate Ranch and Skate-O-Rama as they help celebrate Nickelodeons’ WORLD WIDE DAY OF PLAY! Right here in East Texas, we will be roller skating afternoon and night. Take your pick of skate sessions, BOTH will be honoring the Super Skate Club FREE admission passes. If you haven’t signed up for the new club you can do that here!

As August comes to a close in Deep East Texas it’s time to say goodbye to long summer nights and endless time with your friends. Even though school is getting ready to begin again, it’s never too late for an End of Summer Late Skate at Skate Ranch!
