A September to Remember!

Skate Ranch in Lufkin will bring THREE events in the very first weekend of September!

Kicking off the Stroll & Roll season is Donuts with Bluey! For ages 6 and younger, come out and meet Bluey, Friday, September 6th, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Get familiar with the rink by using your own ride-on toys, or use some of ours. (No bicycles with pedals, please) Skate rentals are included in the $5 admission if your child would like to start getting comfortable on roller skates. Bluey will make her appearance at 10:30 AM, but you can stay to play and skate until 12:00 PM. Stroll & Roll happens the first Friday of every month, September through May.

Home school skate rolls in on Friday, September 6th, 1:00 – 3:00 PM. As always, this is open to all home schooling families in Angelina County and surrounding areas. Entry is $5 for anyone 17 and younger. This is includes skate rentals of choice. Feel free to bring your own skates, no black brakes, please. We welcome home schooling families the first Friday of every month, September though May. (NO outside food or drink, please)

What we’ve all been waiting for is the 50th ANNIVERSARY PARTY at Skate Ranch! Celebrations begin at 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 7th. Check out ALL the Deets, we’re ready to party! Dan Patrick with KFox 95.5, Grill 105, The Big Picture Events photo booth, cake, balloon drop and so much more! Get your pre-sale tickets and save with the 1974 price – $1.00.  At the door – $10.00.

Summer Skate Rolls in June 13th in Lufkin & Nacogdoches.

Skate Ranch in Lufkin offers public skate Thursday through Sunday. As well as a monthly Stroll & Roll for kids 6 & younger only. The first Friday of the month, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, $5 entry for the child, free for parents entering & not skating. Bring your ride on toys to play on the skate floor. Skate Mates ARE available during Stroll & Roll time.  No pedaled bicycles please.  July 5th BLUEY will visit the children during their play time! More information to come!

Christmas is quickly approaching at both Skate Ranch in Lufkin and Skate-O-Rama in Nacogdoches!   

It’s a hectic time of year  but we’d like to invite everyone to have some relaxing family time at the skating rinks.

Extra skate sessions and public party spots have been set up, they’re ready to go! We offer the most affordable family entertainment in the area (besides staying home, but who want’s to do that?!).

This year we’re offering our annual Free Admission Passes online! Head on over to our Coupons page (posted on December 15th) and print as many as you need. You don’t need to search backpacks, ask teachers or run out when you need more than one!

We will be closed December 24th and 25th this year to celebrate with our families.

Teen Night in Nacogdoches will be Friday, March 13^th 7:00 – 10:00 PM. In Lufkin, a Late Skate will be held Friday the 13^th from 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

Skate Ranch’s monthly Home School Skate kicks off this FABULOUS month with roller skating on Friday, February 2nd from 1:00 – 3:00pm, $3 entry & $3 rentals, no passes/discounts accepted.

$uper Dollar $unday at Skate-O-Rama in Nacogdoches offers $1 admission for everyone on Super Skate Sunday February 4th, 2:00 – 5:00pm! Because – SuperBowl Shmuperbowl! (No passes/discounts accepted)

 

The 2nd annual FAMILY FUN DAY  is back at Skate Ranch & Skate-O-Rama on Sunday, February 11th, with extended hours 12:00 – 5:00pm. This was a hit last year with FREE ADMISSION for everyone! (Sorry, not the birthday party reservations).

 

As a HUGE Thank You to all our local First Responders, Skate Ranch in Lufkin is hosting a First Responders & Families Night on Monday, February 19th from 5:00 – 8:00pm. Free entry and rentals for all first responders (with ID) and their families!

Skate-O-Rama can’t leave all our local teachers out of the BIG Thank yous!! On Tuesday, February 20th from 5:00 – 8:00pm, Skate-O-Rama in Nacogdoches invites all local teachers and their families to have a great evening with free entry and rentals. Remember – bring your ID, not only will it get you in the door, but we are keeping track, the school with the best participation WINS a FREE school party in May!

Haven’t had enough of Paw Patrol yet? Skate Ranch is bringing them to your kids! Saturday, February 24th from 4:00 – 6:00pm, come out to the rink for a Meet & Greet! Have fun, get photos taken, and enter to win great prizes!
